Major atrocities are happening under our noses and the culprits have managed to distract the world. It's time to hold Hamas accountable for the exploitation and incitement of their own youth. Children within the Palestinian society are being held captive and manipulated into becoming child soldiers. These children are intentionally forced on top of buildings that are being used as weapons caches, firing into Israeli civilian areas so that the IDF calls off their retaliatory fire on these sites or mistakenly fire back resulting in child casualties. This is seen as a double war crime by most of the international community and we must expose these evil doings

 

Boys and girls as young as 8 years old are being recruited and used on the front lines, as messengers, tunnel diggers, and rocket launchers. In 2012, The Institute for Palestine Studies published a detailed report on Gaza's "Tunnel Phenomenon". It reported that tunnel construction in Gaza had resulted in a large number of child deaths.

 

"At least 160 children have been killed in the tunnels, according to Hamas officials" There are six UN-verified "grave violations" of children's rights in conflict. Being recruited and used as a child soldier is one of them.

 

Hamas also digs tunnels into Israel in order to carry out terror attacks against Israeli civilians. Tunnel openings have been found underneath Israeli kindergartens and civilian populated areas.
